New Self-levelling floor screed pump

Lightweight, powerful and reliable, the CLB 18 R is the innovative pump
for self-levelling screeds equipped with a STAGE V Diesel engine.
Designed in compliance with European directives, it allows you to meet
the needs of construction sites with ease of use and high productivity.
Its weight of less than 750 kg allows towing on the road without an additional trailer license.
Applications
It pumps and sprays:
- cement-based or anhydrite-based self-levelling floor screed
- mortar
lightweight concrete with polystyrene
- self-compacting concrete
- fluid fibre-reinforced concrete
- wet sprayed concrete
Technical Data
Lightweight_The renewed design gives the CLB 18 R resistance, compact dimensions and low weight
• Stable and well-balanced, it is equipped with an unbraked Alko elastic axle
• Easy to maneuver on the building site with the help of the practical “Move” handle supplied as standard
• Can be towed on the road without an additional trailer license
Powerful_Technically advanced, it guarantees high performance and ease of use
• Kubota 4-cylinder liquid-cooled Diesel engine compliant with STAGE V
• Equipped as standard with 2L8 stator/rotor and on request with 6012 / 7515 / 1.5L7 stator/rotor
• Potentiometer on control panel for adjusting the flow rate of the screw pump
• Standard multi-function radio control for remote control
• 200 l feed hopper
• High-pressure washer inside the engine hood (on request)
Reliable_Designed to meet construction site conditions while respecting operator safety
• Electromechanical components of proven reliability
• Stops of the feeding screw when the hopper protection grille opens
• “Urban” mode to reduce environmental noise emissions
• High-resistance powder coating with primer treatment, anti-rust plus color
• Vibrating screen with adjustable deflector depending on the positioning of the truck mixer
The pressure connection is decentralized and allows the connection of the hoses even with the drawbar in the towing position
Control panel with multifunctional colour display protected from dust
The radio control allows you to start and stop the screw pump remotely, adjust its flow rate to 30%, 60% and 100% (Max) of the maximum output, and reverse its direction of rotation to release pressure from the pipe in the event of blockages.
A LED indicator on the radio control transmitter signals the opening of the protection grid
Practical and functional tool for lifting and transporting the stator
